**Payment Methods:**

**Refund Policy:**

**Defective or Damaged Products:** 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, as per your preference, after inspecting the returned item.
2. **Incorrect Orders:** In the event of receiving an incorrect product due to our error, we will exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost to you.
3. **Cancellation Before Shipment:** You may cancel your order before it is shipped. A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders, while COD orders will be canceled without any charges.
4. **Cancellation After Shipment:** If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may do so within 24 hours of shipment notification. A cancellation fee may apply, and the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable charges.

*Refund Processing Time:** 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of request approval. The refunded amount will be credited back using the original payment method.
